Beaufort to Bermuda

Two days out from Beaufort, North Carolina, bound for Bermuda. Spinnaker up all day, eight knots, smooth sea and dolphins; it does not get better than that.

Hi Bernard,
No, it is a 55 kg SPADE. We have a very low opinion of the CQR having had trouble setting one all round the Atlantic prior to getting our SPADE some years ago.
Yes, it was a nice window other than the first night, which was a bit bumpy. More on that in the next post.
